Role Overview
As an AI Developer, you will work closely with engineers, data scientists, and agritech experts to design and implement intelligent systems that transform hemp into high-value, zero-waste outputs. Your models will run on the edge, inside industrial machines, and across cloud pipelines ensuring scalability and transparency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy AI modules (computer vision, RL, predictive modeling).
- Integrate models into industrial processing lines (SmartDecort, FiberOpti, SeedOilX).
- Collaborate with robotics, IoT, and agritech engineers for end-to-end optimization.
- Implement pipelines for real-time monitoring, feedback, and adaptive calibration.
- Ensure transparency, robustness, and explainability of deployed models.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience in computer vision, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.
- Background in edge AI deployment, cloud integration, or embedded systems.
- Ability to translate business/engineering needs into technical AI solutions.
