1. Land Ownership
Direct purchase of farmland in target regions (Croatia, BiH, Serbia, N. Macedonia, Poland, Czechia, Slovakia). Ownership creates long-term security of supply and ensures full control over agronomic practices. This model also enables value appreciation of land assets and stable collateral for future expansion.
2. Land Leasing
G.G.G. leases farmland and deploys regenerative cultivation, minimizing upfront capital expenditure. Leasing offers flexibility to scale quickly in high-potential areas while lowering investment risk. This approach allows us to test new regions, optimize operations, and expand portfolio diversity without heavy CAPEX.
3. Partners Direct
Contract farming model with local farmers (5–30 year agreements). G.G.G. provides technology, monitoring, and guaranteed payments. This model builds trust and stability in rural communities while securing predictable raw material flows. It also creates aligned incentives between G.G.G. and farming partners.
Land pricing reflects location, water availability, and soil quality. Plots with direct water access command higher prices, while remote plots are more affordable — balancing portfolio risk and yield potential.
